We have been informed by the police of two incidents which occurred yesterday between approximately 3.45pm and 4.15pm in the woods surrounding the school. It has been reported that a group of teenage males demanded money and phones from two groups of young people and threatened violence. The police have asked us to advise parents to be vigilant and to ensure that any children walking home are mindful of their personal safety. They recommend not having phones on display and not to engage in conversation with people they don’t know.
