Behaviour survey/policy review
We have begun a process of reviewing our behaviour systems and policies this year.
We are trialling removing 'gate time'; children now have time to reflect, with and adult, in the playground. This is working well. We are also promoting more opportunities to 'catch-up' work which has been missed through making the wrong choices during lessons.
We have already sought the views of staff and children. We would now like your thoughts on what works and what could be improved. We have published a three-question survey, which you can access here (works in Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge web browers, click links to download a new browser if you need).
We would welcome your feedback and comments by 14 February 2019.
Please do not make comments about specific children or adults in the free-text box in question 3. If you have specific concerns, please raise them through our concerns/queries/complaints process (see this week's newsletter).
