Key information:

If you applied online, you can view the result of your application from 10am on 16 April by logging in to your account on the BCP Parent Portal. You will also receive an email containing your official offer letter.

If you applied on time and provided an email address you will receive an email containing your official offer letter on 16 April.

BCP will let you know your outcome:

• on 16 April 2025 if you apply on time (before the 15 January 2025)
• on 8 May 2025 if you apply late (between 16 January and 9 February 2025)
• from June onwards if you apply after 10 February 2025

If you are offered a space in the first round, it is important that you accept the offer by 30 April 2025.

Look and play sessions Monday 16, Tuesday 17 & Wednesday 18 June (by appointment; see details in May's letter) 2:15pm-2:45pm

Welcome Meeting for parents only - In school please arrive via the office on Monday 7 July for 16:30 - 17:15

1:1 appointments in school to meet your teacher - Monday 8, Tuesday 9 & Wednesday 10 September

(Please call the office week commencing 14 July to book an appointment)

Settling in days - Friday 12, Monday 15 & Tuesday 16 September - 10 children per class each day.

Letters will be sent out before the end of July to confirm with date your child will come in for their settling in day.  Please wear school uniform

All children are to arrive in school uniform on Wednesday 17 September at 8:25am via KS1 gate.

16 April 2025 - Offer letters posted / emailed to parents / carers / National Offer Day by Local Authority

30 April 2025 - Deadline for acceptance of offer by parent / carer

20 May 2025 - Deadline for lodging an on-time admission appeal

Between 16 June and 22 July 2025 - Appeal Hearing Dates
